Can I arrange a viewing?
Yes. Contact Mazin with the properties that interest you and your preferred dates. He or a Kanz team member can coordinate the viewing, subject to the property’s availability.
Is Sifah right for a home, holiday place or investment?
That depends on your plans. Discuss how often you intend to use the property, your budget and whether you are considering renting it out. Mazin can help you compare suitable options and the costs involved. Rental income and returns are not guaranteed.
What about ownership and residency?
Ask Mazin about the specific property and your circumstances. Eligibility, ownership terms and any residency requirements should be checked with the relevant authorities before you commit to a purchase.
